Return & Exchange Policy
At Vegas.pk, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. Damaged, Broken, Leaked, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Even though we take utmost care in securely packing your orders, some beauty products are delicate and may get damaged during transit. In such cases:
Complaint Timeline
Report any damaged, broken, leaking, incorrect, or missing items within 3 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this time may not be entertained.
Verification Requirements
A clear photo of the order invoice is mandatory.
Depending on the issue, we may also request:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Unboxing video (if available)
Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and verified within 48 hours, we will initiate compensation.
Compensation will be provided in the form of a store voucher equivalent to the value of the damaged, missing, or incorrect product.
Voucher credit can be used to place a new order on our website.
Important: Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Claims may be rejected if products are opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.
2. Change of Mind / Exchange Requests
If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind (wrong shade, type, or no longer required):
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- Returns from online purchases must be sent to us at your own shipping cost.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–10 days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
- For items purchased from our physical outlets, exchanges or returns can only be made at the same outlet with the original bill, within 15 days.
Lingerie Products
Lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Restock Charges
There are no restocking charges for returned items.
3. Out-of-Stock Refunds
If a paid product is found to be out of stock, a monetary refund will be processed.
- Our support team will contact you to collect your bank details.
- Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours of confirmation.
4. Shipping & Pickup for Returns
Reverse pickup (if applicable) may take up to 10–15 working days, depending on courier schedules.
Complete resolution including pickup, quality check, and final decision may take up to 15 working days.
