Step 1:

The shampoo should be left on for at least 2 minutes from application to rinsing. This ensures the Phtyo-Caffeine Complex has enough time on the scalp.

Step 2:

After shampooing, distribute a hazelnut-sized amount of conditioner evenly into damp hair, rinse after 30 seconds.

Step 3:

On towel-dried or completely dry hair, apply the scalp tonic by parting the hair to expose and apply directly to the scalp. Massage in and let the tonic briefly dry, then style as usual.

The caffeine deposits last 24 hours on the scalp and should be reapplied daily. If you do not wash your hair daily, use the Phyto-Caffeine Scalp Tonic on days that you don't wash your hair.
