What it is:

A crease-free, lasting eyeshadow primer that lasts all day. 

What it does:

Shadow Insurance locks down eyeshadows, intensifying color to ensure waterproof, crease- , and fade-proof coverage for up to 24 hours. The ultra-lightweight, colorless formula glides effortlessly onto lids, leaving a smooth, even canvas for budge-proof shadow application. 

What it is formulated WITHOUT:

• - Sulfates

-Apply a pea-size amount on the eyelid using the doe foot applicator.
-Then, blend using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush from lash line up to the brow bone.
-Allow for primer to dry, then blend shadow effortlessly on top.
-Tip: To help eliminate smudging on the lower lash line, apply a small amount of primer using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush, then follow with eyeshadow, eyeliners, and mascara, if desired.
