elf Halo Glow Setting Powder

What it is: A loose setting powder that lightly veils the skin for that dreamy, airbrushed finish.

Why you'll love it:

• Weightless feel on the skin
• Creates a soft glow without shine
• Setting powder smooths the look of pores and fine lines

1. Swirl a powder brush over the powder.
2. Tap off excess powder.
3. Apply onto the face and neck to set makeup.

Beauty Tip: Lightly dust loose powder on bare skin and apply a layer of foundation on top to help with oil control and create a subtle glow under foundation
